This conference will demonstrate examples of practice-based applied research; highlighting effective partnership between practitioners and experienced researchers. We will illustrate how this approach can have a powerful impact on practice excellence and professional development.
Day One: Thursday 20th September 2018 9am – 5.30pm
Our exciting program includes keynote talks from worldleading researchers from across nursing, midwifery and health sciences. There will also be a wide range of invited papers to present collaborative research between academics and practitioners as well as poster presentations from all the healthcare discipline groups to demonstrate the connection of strong practice-based research and service delivery.
Day Two: Friday 21st September 2018 9am – 4pm
Day Two will include interactive workshops.
There will be a selection of five parallel interactive workshops to provide the opportunity to share experiences and learning with international colleagues. There will be further invited paper presentations across nursing, midwifery and allied sciences, with a powerful closing session to focus on the future key contribution of best-practice research for service user and health service delivery.
